Custom Manufacturing of FR-4 Circuit Board for the Commercial Industry Specializing in superior electronic assembly services, Andrew Technologies, Inc. was contracted by a commercial industry client located in Texas to custom manufacture an FR-4 circuit board that would be used for tracking and database collection. Employing our radial inserter, we assembled the unit to meet customer specifications. We mounted pin through hole components onto the board and then wave soldered the contacts on the opposite side . Rivets were also used to connect all components together.

After the part was assembled complete, we then performed both visual and functional inspections to ensure the quality of the piece. Meeting customer specifications, the circuit board measured precisely 17x23 inches. We then readied the board onto a pallet for freight pick-up. This circuit board satisfied all client product requirements and fulfilled their high expectations for quality.
